George Orwell’s Commander in Spain – Book launch 28/10/13
Bookmarks the shop that the Daily Mail warned you about is set to launch Marc Wildemeersch’s ‘George Orwell’s Commander in Spain: The Enigma of Georges Kopp’ – it is the first biography of a fascinating figure: double spy, fraud, brilliant inventor and stout-hearted commander.
The event will take place at 6.30pm. If you intend to come – please email us as space is limited.

Many regrets that I will not be able to attend launch. I wish the publication every success and I look forward to reading it. I’m sure it will shed yet a little more light on George Orwell and how others saw him.
